NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD VACANCY ZONE 1- Applications opened at large.
The South Lemhi School District #292 Board of Trustees herby declared a vacancy on the Board of Trustees in Zone 1, effective September 14, 2026.
In accordance with Idaho Code §33-504 (3) After ninety (90) days, if the board of trustees is unable to appoint a trustee from the zone vacated, the board of trustees may appoint a person at large from within the boundaries of the school district to serve as the trustee from the zone where the vacancy occurred
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years of age
· Must be a resident and registered voter within the South Lemhi School District #292

Please submit letters of interest by October 11, 2026
The Board of Trustees will review applications and may appoint a qualified individual to fill the vacancy at the next school board meeting. The appointed trustee will serve until the next school trustee election in accordance with state law.
